Yes — that's what we're built for. We design a scheduled rotation across your portfolio, assign a dedicated account manager, and consolidate everything onto one monthly invoice.
Do we need to organise plumbers or electricians separately?
No. Licensed plumbing and electrical are handled through our trade network. You log one request with us and we dispatch the right trade with the right paperwork.
How fast do you respond to reactive issues?
Response targets are agreed upfront in your service schedule — urgent safety issues are prioritised, with standard callouts actioned within agreed timeframes depending on site location and scope.
What reporting do you provide?
Photo records, completed-work reports, and recommended-works notes per visit. Compliance paperwork (SWMS, insurances, licence numbers) available on request.
Do you take on larger building works for existing maintenance clients?
